3. Refund Processing

All refunds are processed through Paddle.com, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Once approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

4. Eligibility

All digital products purchased from SWISSER are eligible for a refund within the 14-day period. This includes:

  • UI kits
  • Headless e-commerce solutions
  • Dashboard templates
  • All other digital products

5. After a Refund

Upon receiving a refund:

  • Your license to use the product is revoked
  • You must delete all copies of the product from your systems
  • You may not use the product in any current or future projects

6. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds of the same or similar products. We may also refuse service to accounts with a history of refund abuse.
