• Product documentation is included with each purchase

3. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Paddle handles all billing inquiries, payment processing, VAT/tax collection, and invoice generation on our behalf.

4. License Terms

Personal License

The Personal License grants you the right to use the product for a single personal or client project. You may not redistribute, resell, or sub-license the product.

Commercial License

The Commercial License grants you the right to use the product for unlimited projects, including commercial applications. You may not redistribute, resell, or sub-license the product itself.

Restrictions

• You may not resell, redistribute, or share the product files
• You may not use the product to create competing template/theme products
• You may not claim ownership or authorship of the original product

5. Refunds

6. Intellectual Property

All products, designs, code, and content remain the intellectual property of Thomas Hetznecker & Mario Wulden GbR. Your purchase grants you a license to use the product according to the license terms, not ownership of the intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SWISSER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law
